Orders that are received during the weekend or on Belgian public holidays, we process immediately on the next business day.
Delivery
If you have your package delivered within Belgium, there are two possibilities. You can choose to have your package delivered at home or another address of your choice by Bpost.
If you have your package delivered outside Belgium, there are the same possibilities. You can choose to have your package delivered at home or another address of your choice. The courier service abroad may differ. In the Netherlands, for example, this will be Post.nl.
Each product has a delivery period. However, this period is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed by 100%. If a product has been delayed, we will notify you.
Orders placed before 2pm will be handled the same day according to availability. In case of further questions regarding the delivery time, you can always contact our customer service.
What if I am not at home when the package is delivered?
Within Belgium, if no one is present, the postman will leave the package in your mailbox or will leave a note with a barcode. The package will be available at the nearest bpost office or collection point. The address will be mentioned on the note. You can pick up your package as of the next day. The package will remain available at this address for 15 days. If the package is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned to Sela BV and we will contact you.
Deliveries outside Belgium will automatically be offered once again the next workday if no one was home during the initial delivery attempt. In the event of repeated absence, the package will be available in the nearest post office.
Time for delivery?
The postman or courier will sign up during working hours, but cannot give us an exact time. So make sure you definitely provide an address where someone is present between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Belgium
All orders above €39 sent to Belgium are delivered free of charge. We will charge €4,95 for orders under €39. All shipping costs can change without prior notice.
Luxembourg and the Netherlands
All orders above €39 sent to Luxembourg and the Netherlands are delivered free of charge. We will charge €7,95 for orders under €39. All shipping costs can change without prior notice.
